About Us

Our unique programs help you become more connected to yourself, your community, and the earth.

Staying Connected to Our Roots

Casa De Miel (translation: Honey’s House) started as a way for our founder — known to her friends and family as “Hunny” — to help her family member who has a disability. Hunny wanted her to have a space where she could connect with nature and be present without the stress and anxiety of day-to-day life.

And that’s at the heart of what we’re doing today. We help people — individuals, corporate teams, families, classrooms — experience the restorative benefits of stepping away from the frenzy of modern life and immersing themselves in nature.

98 Acres of Nature

What was once a 98-acre cattle farm in Elgin, TX, now features horses, a community, farm animals, meditation areas, a food forest, and more. Every inch of our property is dedicated to uniting people with nature and fostering pause, presence, and authentic connections that help restore the whole person.
