Regenerative Gardening

Our regenerative garden teaches us the importance of naturally replenishing the earth as we reap food from it. This experience helps us grow in connection to earth but also to understand how to cultivate not just the earth but also our relationships with one another.

Meditation and Mindfulness

Modern life is filled with distractions and stimulation, often leading to feelings of disconnection, loneliness, and anxiety. Our guided meditation and mindfulness exercises help you or your group escape into the stillness of nature and find reconnection, healing, and restoration.

  • "Casa De Miel is a home for my soul. I have connected with everything while being there, from the horses to the little growing strawberries. Casa De Miel has healed me and helped me grow in the most gentle way possible. Casa De Miel is comfort, kindness, and happiness."

    Brianna
    Youth Volunteer, Age 16

  • "Being in this nourishing space brought a sense of community and connection not just with the people at Casa de Miel but also with nature. We left feeling uplifted, grounded, and at ease after carrying so much anxiety and grief from the loss of loved ones."

    Dominique Graves
Program Director of Campus Based Services,
    Communities In Schools Central Texas

  • "Our students loved their experience at Casa De Miel, the cucumbers, piglets, bees, orchard, and horses were all big hits!!"

    Cheremma Lee
    Executive Director, Unabridged Academy

  • "Going out to Casa De Miel and spending time with their amazing crew of humans and animals feels like coming home. I originally inquired about volunteering because I missed horses, but found that every ounce of that place fills a void I didn't know I had. It really makes me feel like I belong."

    Katie
Clinical Social Worker / Therapist / CDM Volunteer

  • "CDM has given me a new community and new experiences that have changed the way I view the world. The space out here has allowed me to grow without fear of judgement and learn things I could never learn anywhere else. I am forever grateful for all CDM has done for me."

    Kara
MBA Graduate Student / CDM Volunteer Intern
